When Carlo Lamagna opened Magna Kusina in August 2019, it was not because he was ready. That's because he had to do it.

"I can't wait to open a restaurant of my dreams. Our contractor quit. I was forced to open the door, thinking less about all the moving components, and more about,'We need to start making money now.'"
