Anyone who has passed through Texas knows that the state does not play games on barbecues. Blood Brothers BBQ, located in Bel Air, just outside Houston, takes this to another level, combining Southern-style barbecue with Asian flavors, bringing an incredible fusion of flavors. Their menu is always constantly changing, but the food is always otherworldly, which keeps customers coming back again and again. If this is the case, Blood Brothers BBQ is actually a church.

"Over the years, Blood Bros has still proven itself to be one of the hidden gems of Texas barbecue," a Yelp critic pointed out. Please keep in mind that the restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday, only for dinner on Thursday.
