Gulftimes: Hakkasan Doha launches outdoor dining terrace and lounge area

The award-winning Cantonese restaurant Hakkasan Doha has launched an outdoor dining terrace and lounge area with a new menu. The design method is to use a retractable roof, wrap and define a terrace, which can be used all year round. Hakkasan’s latest food concept will allow guests to enjoy the best dishes in a lush green environment. Signature dishes include Wagyu Tomahawk with Chinese bread, truffles, chili and Sichuan sauce. Next is the supreme dim sum platter, including a series of dim sum such as truffle langoustines, ginger wagyu beef, abalone shuimai and king crab. Guests can also choose other options, such as yuzu pearl lychee lobster, Canadian fried lobster with mapo sauce, red pepper XO sauce king crab glass noodles, pumpkin crisp and heirloom spicy and steak bone carrots, wok roasted lamb tenderloin, and finally crispy seaweed and Stir-fried broccoli with pine nuts. Hakkasan Doha will also launch new enhanced injection products. The series is divided into four chapters: passion, infatuation, romance and trust. Hakkasan is located at the St. Regis Doha Hotel and is open daily from 6 pm to 12 midnight.
